Problem: You were able to log-in in the past, but now you cannot.

Solution: All you have to do is to clear the cookies on your computer.

Here's how to empty the cookies:

1. Go to membership website.
2. Click on the security lock.
3. Click COOKIES.
4. Click on my website - printables.com, then click REMOVE and DONE.

Problem: If you block cookies, you will not be able to log in.

Problem: You enter your username and nothing happens. You are asked to enter your username again and again.

Solution: You have to allow cookies in order to sign-in into your member account.

Here's how to allow cookies in Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Microsoft Edge on your Mac or PC, and type or paste

edge://settings/content/cookies

into your address bar. Go to it.

2. The toggle switch should be ON.
Turn on the Allow sites to save and read cookies.
"Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)"

Now you should be able to sign-in without problems.

1. Open Google Chrome on your Mac or PC, and type or paste

chrome://settings/cookies

into your address bar. Go to it.

2. There's not much to change here. But please make sure that you do not have the last option selected "Block all cookies". If it is, unselect it.
